Dr. Alex M. Alexander
The experience you expect...
Alex grew up in Kentucky and moved to Tennessee over 25 years ago. After graduating from University of Kentucky College of Medicine he went on to do an internship and residency in Spartanburg, SC. He has worked as an Emergency Medicine Physician & Staff Physician. He has also served as an Assistant Professor of Medicine in Montserrat, British West Indies. After working with many other physicians he decided to open Alexander Medical Associates in 2012. His desire is to help each patient reach their hormone and weight-loss goals by treating the patient and not just the problem.
In his spare time he enjoys a variety of activities such as landscaping, playing with his dogs, hiking and working on his family farm. He also loves Kentucky sports and interior design/redecorating. You will always see something new in the office.
Brooke Hamby, F.N.P
The experience you need...
Brooke grew up in East Tennessee and started her nursing career as an LPN in 2009. She graduated from Lincoln Memorial University with an associate's degree in nursing in 2015 and received her bachelor’s degree from East Tennessee State University in 2016. In 2020, she graduated with her master’s from East Tennessee State University, concentration Family nurse Practitioner, with honors. Her passion in healthcare include pediatrics, aesthetics, and hormone management.
Brooke has two children. She enjoys the outdoors, traveling, spending time with her rescued dog Ellie, and spending time with her friends and family.
